1. For exchange or refund, please email to enquiry@groway.com.my by stating your Name, Order Number, Contact No & Reason(s) for return/refund. Our customer service will verify the return/refund reason and get back to you within 48 hours. (Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays).2. All exchange or refund request must be submitted as above (No.1) within 3 days of receivng the goods OR within 7 days of your purchased date.3. Exchange/Refund can only be arranged under the following reasons:
- If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
- If the products is near expiry or expired; or
- If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it was delivered to the customer together with proof of purchase.
